Admission Process

Online Registration
Begin the admission process through our online registration form below.
Required documents:
For kindergarten applicants, please upload any available evaluation report or early childhood assessment.
For school-age applicants (Grade 1 and above), please upload the last two school reports or learning assessments.
For all applicants, please include any relevant documents such as learning plans, evaluations, therapeutic reports, or medical/psychological assessments (if available). -
Payment of the Enrollment fee
After completing the online registration, please transfer the enrollment fee of 2,500 EGP.
- This amount will be credited towards the enrollment fees upon successful admission.
- If your child is not admitted, the fee is non-refundable.

Review of Academic Records
The school management carefully reviews all submitted report cards and documents.

Trial Days (generally required)
The trial days are scheduled individually with the school.
Trial days take place after the enrollment fee has been paid. -
Parent Meeting
A personal meeting with a school management staff to discuss questions and gather additional information.

Final Decision
You will receive a written notification regarding acceptance or rejection of your child’s application.
Admission Criteria

Language Requirements
As instruction is primarily delivered in German, an adequate command of the German language is generally important for a successful school start.
Kindergarten and Lower Primary – Cycle 1 (Pre-KG, KG1, KG2, Grade 1 & Grade 2)
- Kindergarten (Pre-KG, KG1, KG2):
Children may be admitted with little or no prior knowledge of German, provided they- show age-appropriate curiosity and readiness to learn, and
- are able to gradually integrate into the daily routines of a German-speaking group.
- Lower Primary (Grade 1 & Grade 2):
Children should have basic German skills, especially in listening and speaking.
Admission is possible if the child can follow the daily classroom routines and shows a willingness to learn.
Primary Level – Cycle 2 (Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6)
Functional German skills are expected, including
- everyday communication
- emerging reading and writing abilities
The child should be able to follow regular lessons without difficulty.
Secondary Level I – Cycle 3 (Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9)
Good German proficiency is required across all areas:
- listening, speaking, reading, writing, text comprehension

Academic Performance / Achievement Level
Admission decisions are based on the last two school report cards, aligned with the grading practices of Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
Expected achievement in core subjects (German, Mathematics, English, Science/Social Studies):
- CH: “genügend / genügend–gut”
- DE/AT: grade 3 / approx. 70%
No insufficient grades should appear in German or Mathematics.
Individual deviations may be considered if motivation and learning behaviour are strong. -

Important for successful integration:
- Ability to cooperate

Support from the Family
The school values a cooperative partnership with parents.
Parents are expected to support their child in learning and language development and ensure reliable participation in school life.

Admission depends on whether the school can provide the necessary pedagogical and organisational support for the student.
For children with specific needs, the school assesses whether these can be met within the school’s framework.
