Egyptian Ministry of Education curriculum

For our Egyptian students, the Egyptian Ministry of Education curriculum runs alongside Curriculum 21.
This guarantees both international and nationally recognised qualifications.

Students prepare for the Atadeya examination in Grade 9 and, from 2026/27, for the Thanaweya Amma in Grades 11–12.

Lesson Allocation (Egyptian Curriculum):

  • Grades 1–3: 5 hours Arabic + 2 hours Religion
  • Grades 4–9: 5 hours Arabic + 2 hours Religion + 2 hours Civics
  • From Grade 10: +1 hour Citizenship

This structure aligns with Egyptian educational standards while maintaining Swiss and international learning quality.
